Temperatures are still in the upper nineties here in Louisiana but I cannot help but let my mind wander to days of burnt orange leaves crunching under feet and a cozy scarf bundled around my neck. In reality, that probably won't happen until January here in the deep south but that doesn't stop me from dreaming! In this world of actual seasons, Beth Kirby also lives next door in a beautiful cabin and is making a batch of her infamous earl gray marshmallows.
